5-Week Mini-Courses to Deepen Your Practice

In today’s curtailed studio practice, there is often little time to explore yoga in all its aspects in a significant manner. These 5-week mini-courses are designed for students and teachers of all levels who would like to gain a deeper understanding of the history and theory behind physical and meditative practice and its application to the modern world in light of scientific knowledge. All courses provide an experiential component where the material discussed can be explored and tested in own’s own body through practice.
