Laurie is offering In-person classes at Ture Light Yoga, live classes on ZOOM, and On-Demand Pre-Recorded Classes (available with membership through this website). $75 monthly membership allows you to take unlimited classes on ZOOM or prerecorded classes on demand for 30 days. Inperson classes should be registered through the links above at True Light Yoga.
